By using Poweker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Poweker is a private poker game tracking application that helps groups manage buy-ins, calculate settlements, and track leaderboards. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Poker involves gambling which may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Do not use the Service for illegal gambling or money laundering.
- Do not abuse, harass, or harm other users.
- You are responsible for all game data you enter.
5. No Financial Services
Poweker is a tracking and accounting tool only. It does not facilitate payments, hold funds, or act as a financial intermediary. Any settlement of debts between users is done entirely outside the Service. Poweker is not responsible for unpaid debts or disputes between users.
6. Intellectual Property
The Poweker name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Poweker. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations (settlements, leaderboards) will always be accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poweker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes over poker game settlements between users.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
