Poweker ("we", "us") operates a private poker game tracking and settlement application at poweker.com. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

Account data: Your Google account email and display name (via Google Sign-In).
Game data: Buy-ins, cash-outs, settlements, and leaderboard statistics you and your group members enter.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics via PostHog to help us improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide core features: tracking buy-ins, calculating settlements, generating leaderboards.
To authenticate you and manage your private poker groups.
To improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. Game data is visible only to members of your private group. We do not share personal data with third parties except:

Google (for authentication via Firebase Auth)
Cloudflare (for bot protection via Turnstile)
PostHog (for privacy-respecting analytics)

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. All communication uses HTTPS/TLS.

7. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data.
Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data.
Opt-out: Disable analytics (your data will still be processed for core features).

Poweker uses essential cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies are optional and can be disabled.
